Director
Gabriel heads the practice and provides residential and commercial surveys, valuations, and development monitoring for a wide range of clients including investors, pension trustees, charities, and lenders. He also specialises in Expert Witness work, preparing detailed, court-compliant reports for range of purposes.
With extensive experience in valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, and development appraisals, Gabriel combines technical expertise with practice. His firm regularly works with solicitor firms, local authorities, panel management companies, and major banks.

Mark Brady BSc MRICS

With decades of experience, Mark provides valuations for purposes such as shared ownership, probate, divorce, finance and transactions.
Mark has experience with both older and modern properties, from period homes to new builds. His surveys clearly explain issues such as damp, movement, roof problems, poor workmanship, and defects in extensions or alterations.
Mark also acts as an Expert Witness in housing disrepair cases, carrying out detailed inspections and preparing court-compliant reports.
